V12 provided Cost Management services to the Methodist Church for the redevelopment of the Camden Methodist Chapel to incorporate a 39-room boutique hotel. A new structure will be inserted into the historic brick envelope, retaining a church and community space on the lower levels.
The existing building itself is in need of urgent repair and it is at risk of suffering from severe structural failure. By merging this place of worship premises with The Wesley Hotel project, it will ensure the future of this building is safe and secure.
