V12 provided Project and Cost Management services to The Lucky Onion Group for the refurbishment and extension of the Wild Duck Inn. This historically significant grade 2-listed building, located in a conservation area, is reputed to date from 1563 and is a key community asset. The Works comprise demolition and re-building of the west wing to create new-build hotel rooms and six refurbished rooms, together with an extension to the dining area, alterations to the internal layout, general restorative repairs and maintenance, additional parking and re-landscaping.
